    July is one of the peak summer months in San Sebastian and is one of the most popular times of the year to visit. Though the maritime climate means there will still be some rain during the month, July is the hottest time of the year in this part of northern Spain.

    Things to do in San Sebastian in July

    It's impossible to visit San Sebastian and not notice the magnificent Monte Urgull which transforms this wonderful landscape. The hike isn't too challenging, which means it is open to children and the older visitor. But it does have some steep areas, so do take the ocean side for a gentler climb.     One of the most popular things to do in San Sebastian has to be sailing.
