    This is the month when Norwegians celebrate The Sami National Day. This event celebrates the native people who inhabited Norway, Finland, Russia and Sweden known as the Sami. Surprisingly enough is that in some places, these celebrations go on for an entire week, and they are filled with a variety of exciting activities such as cooking, dancing, and singing. Explore the Norsk Folkemuseum in Oslo for an impressive exhibition showcasing old photographs from the Sami culture.
