The Hotel Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz and\u00a0Fuerte Grazalema<\/span><\/a>\u00a0were selected among the seven best hotels in Spain for guest satisfaction by two German travel institutions. The renowned, Marbella-based hotel group received\u00a0two separate European-wide awards based on high customer satisfaction according to reviews and feedback offered by guests<\/span>, according to data gathered by theStudiosus and Zoover Holiday Reviews web sites.<\/span>\u00a0These two German-based organisations offer some of the largest collections of traveller opinions the web has to offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

First, the hotel group\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0and Fuerte Grazalema locations were selected to receive the Studiosus Quality Award 2012, with the tour operator recognising the best hotels in Spain according to customer satisfaction surveys,\u00a0placing the two Cadiz establishments among the seven top rated in the country.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Fuerte Conil Costa Luz director Antonio Basallote responded to the award by saying he is\u00a0\u201cvery satisfied with receiving the award again as it comes from the customers themselves.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0The location has received the award each year since 2010. Basallote also noted that the location had recently been awarded the HolidayCheck, TopHotel and Red Star Awards as one of the ten most popular hotels in Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Fuerte Calaceite<\/span><\/a>, <\/span><\/strong>located between Torrox and Nerja<\/span><\/strong>, <\/span><\/strong>has been awarded the<\/span><\/strong><\/strong>Zoover Holiday Reviews Highly Recommended Award 2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for being one of the top rated hotels in Spain based on recommendations by their customers. They are\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the users of the<\/span><\/strong><\/strong>travel portal Zoover Holiday Travel, which bases its award on opinions and comments left by guests.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
