The Best in Europe 2014 list goes beyond the destinations featured in Lonely Planet\u2019s annual\u00a0Best in Travel<\/em>\u00a0book (the company\u2019s picks for the top 10 countries, cities and regions in the world), providing more detail for the traveler looking to discover\u00a0where to go in Europe\u00a0in 2014.<\/p>\n

Greece<\/a>\u00a0claimed the top honor on the list, chosen as the #1 destination to visit in Europe in 2014 due to its luxury experiences at affordable prices.
