The festival, which celebrates its 17th<\/sup> year this year, sees the streets of Malaga become a hub of activity, with major film events taking place across the city. The Costa del Sol, a supremely popular holiday destination, is transformed into a fantastic film set.<\/p>\n

In between film showings, soak up some rays \u2013 the weather in March<\/a> in Malaga is reliably warm and sunny, with an average temperature<\/a> of 15\u00b0C\u00a0and possible highs of 20\u00b0C – not to mention a none too shoddy 10\u00a0hours of sunshine<\/a>. Sunny days and a nice cool sea breeze makes wandering along Malaga\u2019s attractive beaches a must. Then, why not stop off for a pit-stop and try a local delicacy of delicious small fried fish, known locally as pesca\u00edto frito – washed down with fruity sangria, of course.<\/p>\n
