What's the Weather Like in Nassau in February
The month of love is a great time to head to Nassau, with continued mild temperatures, low rainfall levels, and plentiful sunshine! Crowds are slightly less at this time of year too, which means you can get out and about without any trouble whatsoever.
The average temperature across the month of February is around 21°C, which can feel considerably hotter when you are sat out in the full force of the sun. If you're looking for a castaway beach, somewhere totally hidden away from regular life, then Orange Hill Beach is the one for you. You can't even see this beach until you make your way through the green hedgerow, and it comes clearly into view before you. This is a very long stretch of white sand, which is rarely crowded, and has calm waters to enjoy for swimming.

Dining and nightlife in Nassau can certainly be bright and fun, and one particular tip is Tiki Bikini Hut. Here you can try local Bahamian food, as well as Caribbean and Jamaican dishes too. The drinks are equally as colourful, and this all takes place on the beach, with your feet in the sand.

There are many adventure activities to enjoy in and around Nassau, and this being an island resort which is surrounded by glittering waters means that there are many underwater and overwater trips to enjoy. Live 2 Fish offer private fishing tours, where you can see parrot fish, lobster and all manner of different and interesting marine life. Whatever you catch you can see cooked before you, and you can enjoy a lunch of grilled fish and salad to fuel you for the rest of your day.
Harbour Safaris are also a great pick for excursions, offering a speed boat tour to the private islands around Nassau. The waters can be rough on a tour like this, but it's great fun. One stop is popular Pig Island, where you can feed the resident pigs, and walk around checking out the scenery.
