What's The Weather Like In Cornwall In November
November is typically wet and chilly in and around Cornwall, but now may be a good time to score some deals on hotels and car rentals. However, it is a good idea to check ahead of time to make sure that certain attractions, restaurants and hotels have not closed with the winter season being just around the corner. If you don't mind some gale force winds at times as well as chillier conditions, the relative peace and quiet around the area can make this a good time to visit.
Temperatures during this time of the year take a considerable dip from the previous month. Overall, the average daily temperature is just 9°C (48°F). With temperatures such as this, it is important to pack the proper clothing in order to stay protected against the chill and the wind. Additionally, some of the seas are too rough thanks to strong northerly winds. On average the water temperature is a cool 12°C (54°F).

Despite wet conditions, a trip to Trebah Gardens is well worth the effort if there is a break in the November weather. Thanks to a number of different fauna that flowers at different times of the year, the gardens offer a year-round experience. With mostly sub-tropical plants, the gardens have been named as one of the top gardens in the world. Visitors can also take advantage of numerous classes and events in addition to touring the grounds.
If, however, the weather won't let you outside then a trip to Carnglaze Caverns is the perfect idea. Perfect for the whole family, the cavern used to be a part of a quarry, but now houses a crystal clear underwater lake. In addition to the caverns, the six-and-a-half-acre park is home to numerous types of flora and fauna and is also open to tours.
