A holiday is not complete without a proper ice cream. Your ice cream needs can be met at the Heladeria Artesanal Italiana "El Gusto". Specialising in artisan ice cream as well as gelato, the favours here include toffee and coconut gelato, date, nuts and fig ice cream and pear with nuts and honey ice cream. This place is usually packed on a hot day so be prepared for a wait. Make sure to check out the small fridge as it contains ice cream cakes and tiramisu.

The motorbikes are 400cc and are great bikes for both novice and experienced riders. Many participants are actually first time riders as Backtrax lets you find your own pace. Tours range from three hours to half days, but can be completely tailored.
