What's the weather like in Budapest in October

October enjoys pleasant sunny days with some rain in BudapestHungary. Nights get colder and frost is more prevalent. If you travel toward the end of October, be sure to pack sweaters and jackets for dropping temperatures, especially in the evenings.

Sunshine Hours

But it's not because the days get shorter and the skies a bit cloudier that October isn't sunny. Rather the contrary; on average, a day in October has 10 hours of sunshine. This is two hours fewer than the average September day, but considering the number of daylight hours, it is still pretty sunny.

Rainfall

The total amount of rainfall is 60mm and there are 12 days with rainfallhe same exact numbers are also recorded in June.
