November is the last month of the wet and rainy season in Bridgetown so light showers are to be expected. In fact, rainfall is at its annual peak with 206mm falling across 16 days of the month. Therefore, it is worth checking the live weather forecast and packing an umbrella. The month is the last of the hurricane season and the sea temperature starts to diminish to 28°C (82°F), although this is still wonderful for swimming.

An average of 8 hours of sunshine per day and temperatures between 29°C (84°F) and 24°C (75°F) means November is still the perfect month to escape for hot sunshine and sunbathing before Christmas, with much better weather than Europe experiences at this time of the year.

With the peak season of December still a month away the prices for accommodation will be lower and with Barbados' Independence Day on the 30th, this is a fantastic time of year to visit.
