Big Game Fishing

Fishing enthusiasts won't want to miss the chance to go big game fishing during their holiday in Bavaro. The waters lining this resort host some of the biggest and most important big game fishing competitions in Bavaro and if you're lucky, you might even catch a marlin, dorado or sailfish. Some of the fish can weigh up to a staggering 900kg, so if you'd prefer something a bit more laid-back, consider diving or snorkelling.

Buggy Tour

If you want to get out and about for a bit exploring, sign up for a buggy tour. Being in control of a buggy allows you to visit off-the-beaten-track locations which most tourists never get to see. Each buggy can happily seat up to four people and if you want to drive you need to have a valid license. There is a great selection of itineraries to choose from, with everything from half-day tours to full-day excursions.
