The clear blue sea is perfect for swimming and paddling. Make your way down 200 steps among the orange cliffs and you will find this golden sandy beach.

The Algarve has a large selection of fabulous restaurants. Those into Japanese cuisine can try Fuji at Santa Eulalia, Albufeira, which serves sushi, sashmi, tempura and sukiyaki, all to a high standard. It is closed for lunch on Mondays and Thursdays but is open at other times.

Things to Do in Algarve in February
The Algarve hosts a few excellent zoos, Zoomarine Algarve at Guia, Albufeira is a great one to visit. It contains a large range of animal-related exhibitions and also has a amusement park, aquarium and swimming pool. The most popular attractions of this zoo are the various animal-related exhibitions, which include presentations of dolphins, seals and sea lions, which will keep both adults and children entertained.
Zoo Lagos at Barão de S.João is also worth a visit as they have a wide range of animal displays consisting of 120 species. Although it has a reputation for being expensive it is worth going with kids if you're in the Algarve. Krazy World Zoo at Lagoa de Viseu, Algôz is tailored towards children, offering many animals exhibitions, bouncy castles, mini golf and swimming pools.
St. Lawrence's Church
The Algarve boasts some spectacular churches and sites of architectural interest. St Lawrence's Church at Rua da Igreja, Sao Lourenco, Almancil has impressive architecture and carvings. There are a range of church services for those who are interested in religion or just want to see how mass operates within the church.
Church of St. Anthony
