March is one of the coldest and driest times of the year in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival is held in Nanny Cay and is a must for any boat enthusiast. This race has been held annually for over 40 years and attracts around 150 participants. During the competition the boats take off to race on a number of courses around Sir Francis Drake's Channel.

Bomba's Shack Full Moon Party is one of the most exciting events to take place in Tortola in March. This location has a reputation as the hottest spot in the resort and is a great place to watch the sunset.
