Holiday Weather

A very commercial place with loads of bar restaurants. Unfortunately they are all very similar with pretty much the same menu's. the food can be hit n miss, even in the same place and the service is normally erratic. At every meal time, there was ALWAYS at least 1 out of 7 meals that were incorrect or never arrived although the staff were normally freindly.

The ski/board school was very good with great instructors and good value for money. no queueing for the lifts during the week and only a short wait at the weekend when the locals were on the slopes.

a good place for beginers.

Not the prettiest of places with everything very functional but overall a fairly good deal. A good budget holiday.

Recommended Places
The ski-school is great for folk of any level. the Olimpiades bar at the side of the main slope had great steak sandwiches and the Provincial bar on the other side of the slope was another good drinking hole. Dont challenge the barman's musical knowledge at the Provincial - he'll punish you with free shots..... ;-)

Paddy's bar also had some great drinks deals and the Red Dragon next to it had some good food...
