Plenty of good pistes and very family friendly especially for young kids. Didnt snow at all while we were there so not great skiing but would have been if it had snowed. the piste managment team work very hard all night to maintain them though and a big thankyou to them.
Large choice of bars, hotels and resteraunts but all of them very expensive.
Maybe worth noting that we were served almost raw meat on three occasions at different places, one of them after asking for it well done, so emphasise you want it well done unless your a closet cannibal. and learn SIL VOUS PLAIT(please) and MERCI(thankyou). seems obvious but i heard alot of people not bothering. i learnt alot of french and i found it got me a long way.

Recommended Places
We stayed in Bel Horizon Hotel. Superb location. V Expensive. Great food. Portions small. bit too much fish on set menu and sometimes no alternatives which my partner didnt like.
Also, if your a begginner head for Les Cascades. Its a great little piste. ;)
