Holiday Weather

Long Weekend with the boys and my first time, enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend this resort. Not only are the slopes, lifts and people 5 star but the nightlife is excellent too. Recommend The Pub with the live music, the bands are excellent.

I tried skiing once before in Italy but this place was amazing. I went with guys that have skied for years but we all had as much fun as each other. The blue slopes are excellent for beginners like me and the lads went off on their red and black slopes. It didn't matter that we were not together as the atmosphere and fresh air was so exhilarating and the views breathtaking we were all soon meeting at the bottom ready for the nightlife. This has to be the place to go throughout Europe although I have other friends over in Bulgaria on a very cheap but luxury holiday and will wait to hear of their ski trip out there. Outside Europe you have USA, Canada and Japan for excellent and quiet venues but for long weekend breaks Meribel has to be the place.

been skiing 3 times this year and meribel bet all the others hands down, fresh snow, challanging piste and a real party apres ski. drove on the wednesday and came home sunday night and would of loved to stay till the end of the season. next year meribel is on my list for a full week.
