Accomodation & Après Ski
Alpe d'huez offers some top class restaurants, but you have to pay for what you get. Being one of the larger, more spread out, resorts nightlife is varied and lively. The buildings aren't particularly kind to the eye but rather of a more functional nature, the older part of the village however is more in keeping with the charm of the mountain. Off piste activities are plentiful in Alpe d'huez, from skating to a climbing wall, to paragliding.
