A fab resort, lovely old pubs, the best bar for apres ski. Everyone you see on the mountains that day packs in at the end of another sunny ski filled day.
Theres limited skiing in obergurgl but i love the sunny spot and lovely well groomed runs. Were going to explore Hogurgl and Solden next week.
I cant wait for another fab week.
Recommended Places
All the hotels in obergurgl are fantastic but the B and B's are limited. Nearly all hotels are within a little walk of the slopes and village. Hogurgl is very small so you would have to get a taxi at night.
The best place for apres ski is the Nedderhutte, but dont get to drunk because you have to ski down again.
