Resort Guide for Arinsal, Andorra

Resort Profile

Arinsal is a well spread out resort. Skiing and boarding is quite limited with just over 28kms runs and 18 lifts. There are only 4 short black runs including a limited choice of reasonably challenging off piste up off the Pic Alt de La Capa. The main village is small and traditionally Catalan, but it has grown over recent years, but most of the accomodation is not that close to the original chair lift station, but a new six person gondola built in 1998-99 takes you to mid station level from the village in about 4 minutes. Snowmaking on the lower runs keeps it relatively snowsure.
