June in Side is the beginning of summer and thus the beginning of the peak tourism season.
Tourists are drawn to Turkey in June to take advantage of the Mediterranean summer climate, which has high temperatures, hours of sun and a limited amount of wet weather each day.

features a variety of performers singing and dancing and takes place in an
ancient Roman theatre known as one of the best preserved in the world.
It’s the ideal time of year to be hitting the beach in Side. There are two main beaches in the area: East Beach and West Beach. Both beaches are popular throughout the summer, offering plenty of water sports, including parasailing, water skiing and surfing among others, but West Beach is particularly popular with families thanks to the shallow waters, which are safe for children to swim in.
