Weather : Every day was a scorcher.

It's nearly guaranteed in Mallorca.

In August, when we were there, it was very warm at night too, hard to sleep if you haven't got air conditioning - but who wants to sleep anyway!

Came back very tanned.

Holiday : Wonderful, beach is fab altough some days we spent by the pool in the complex.

The town is lively altough this year was quiter than most due to the recession I guess.

Plenty of eateries to choose from, we ate breakfast in The Dutchie every morning and went to a variety of restaurants at night, two stood out as fab, The Meson del Mar by the beach and Crocodillos and Rafters.

Avoid the Dubliner, we ate there and two of us were violently ill the next day.

There are more bars than enough, from live music to djs. The Shamrock, Dirty Nellys etc.

Places Recommended : Hire a car and see the island.

Go to Magaluf to see Pirates - its hot.

Weather : Absolutely roasting! I had checked this site to look at the temperatures and they far exceeded the ones shown. Most days it was 34degs and a few days it reached between 37-38. Hottest ever that I have experienced in Majorca. Wonderful!

Holiday : Excellent. The beach is beautiful. Kids loved the pedalos and the wide expanse of sand to play footie. Resort is lively enough if you want nightlife or quiet enough if you want to go for a chilling drink.

Places Recommended : The Square where live bands etc play every evening. Aqualand and Western Water Park are only about 7 mins away (by a free bus!). We were lucky enough to visit both and had two fantastic days experiencing the thrilling water slides. The Western Water Park is more suited for family slides. Both parks are opposite each other. Marineland is also not too far.

Weather : Hot, hot hot!!!! It was absolutely fantastic. We had cloud on the first day of our holiday but every single day after that it was brilliant sunshine, clear blue skies, and temperatures in the high 30s to 40s.

Holiday : Fantastic. Santa Ponsa is a really nice place for a holiday, there are quiet places and livelier places to eat and drink -- the choice is yours. Burlington Berties for the kids is excellent. You can sit and enjoy a drink while the kids can play in the (supervised) kids club joined on to the bar.

Weather : As you would expect sunny and warm .
There were some nights we had thunder storms but watching the lighting over the Med was stunning

Holiday : Myself and my family are from Northern Ireland and Santa Ponsa is full with tourists from south of the border .
All without exception we had a fantastic time.
We are going back again in August this year and cannot wait.
It can be very noisy with lots of young people singing and shouting but my mother-in-law travels with us and she has a ball.
Loves the place .

if you are like us (over 45)you will enjoy the entertainment every night something new is on and all out in the open air

Weather : I have been four times to Santa Ponsa. April seems a bit cloudy with some good sunshine days. May late on is usually good, nice and warm. June & July what you would expect in med.

Holiday : We love this place.
If you like live Irish music this is the place to be. August seems to attract some of the nutters but go May, June early July and it is spot on. Not too crowded compact resort Close to airport and plenty to see and do close by and locally.
It is the only place my family have visited more than once. Very "safe" feeling while there.

Places Recommended : The Dubliner if you like Irish music and a good night.
Hire a car do the mountain route to Valdermossa and Deya.
Bus routes availabe too.
