Weather : Very very hot. it was 45 degrees at some points in August but there was also low humidity. Thunderstorms were regular.

We took a day trip to the Grand canyon which (due to it's altitude) was much colder - according to my wife - only around 22 degrees!

Holiday : Very good - I would recommend going to Arizona in the summer because it is too hot for crowds of tourists. Most of the attractions e visited were fully open for business but half empty. Gresat value - especially oLd Tucson studios and Tombstone.

Places Recommended : Visit Sedona for the scenery and Flagstaff for its laidback attitude.

Recommend Phoenix to others : Yes
