Averages for Magaluf in January
Magaluf, Spain is a party city no matter what time of year, although the cooler winter temperatures might deter some tourists. Others, however, overlook the night time chill and have a great time anyway.
The average low night time temperature is 39.2°F (4°C), but the average high temperature during the day is 60.8°F (16°C).
The average sea temperature is 59°F (15°C). Unfortunately, there are not many aquatic activities available at this time of year, but the city does still have plenty to offer.
There is an average of only 1.34” (34 mm) of precipitation during January; however, there is an average of 11 days of precipitation for the month. This means that there will be a light drizzle some of the time.
There is an average of 6 hours of sunlight each day.
One of the many shows and attractions in the area is called Come Fly With Me. This show is about an hour and a half long, well worth the price of the ticket, and includes performances from a Frank Sinatra impersonator, musicians, jugglers, gymnasts and dancers. The quality of the entertainment is exceptional, not cheesy, as some tourist attractions can be. The ticket also includes champagne and snacks as well. Many who have purchased mid-priced tickets report that they were a better value than the most expensive seats.
Those looking for the exciting nightlife can find Sugar Bar on the strip. Many choose this as a place to meet before embarking on a night out since it is conveniently located at the top of the strip, being only the second bar establishment in a very long row of them.
Like many of the hotels in Magaluf, the Fiesta Sahara Aparthotel is extremely well suited for its purpose: providing a safe place to sleep and recharge before another day or night of fun.
The hotel itself is always reported as being extremely clean. In addition, the views are supposedly nice from every room. Guests love the well-designed and beautiful pool. During the day, the hotel always provides music and entertainment poolside.
The location is great, too, since it is just about a twenty
minute walk to the nearby water park.
No need to get a taxi! Otherwise, this hotel, like many in Magaluf, does not
cater exclusively to families, but there is a Kid’s Club here. For adults, the entertainment can be sparse as
well; however, the hotel does sporadic quizzes, games and karaoke. There is
plenty to see and do outside the hotel, so this should not be a problem.
