Averages for Magaluf in April
Finally, in April, Magaluf will experience some daytime temperatures that resemble full-on summertime. Tourists will begin efforts to spend time sunbathing on the beach or at their hotels’ pools on the warmest April days. The average high temperature for this month is 68°F (20°C), so it is plenty warm enough for that.
The average low temperature is 46.4°F (8°C), but this mainly occurs at night, and tourists who travel to Spain in April expect these cooler night time temperatures and come prepared.
The average sea temperature is 60.8°F (16°C). Most will still not brave these waters, and who can blame them? Water temperatures heat up during the summer months and tend to linger for the early fall.
There is an average of 1.38” (35 mm) of precipitation in Magaluf during April, with an average of 9 days of precipitation.
Days are getting much longer, though. There is an average of 10 hours of sunlight each day now.
The nightlife couldn’t be livelier than it is in Magaluf, Spain. The strip of bars is tailor-made to suit a party-til-dawn atmosphere. There are also dance clubs and discos such as the most popular BCM Planet Dance or BCM Millennium.
With all of the bars in town arranged in a convenient strip, bar hopping from one to the next is easy. One that tourists must visit is the Red Lion. Recent updates have made it increasingly popular for tourists in addition to the locals who hang out there as well. The staff is considered one of the best on the strip.
Fiesta Jungla is geared exclusively for the 18-30 party crowd, and its location just around the corner from BCM Planet Dance makes it ideal for this perfect. The atmosphere inside the hotel and at the pool is one of a never-ending party. The rooms are not luxurious, but they will suit all basic needs. There is a kitchenette for light cooking and enough sleeping room for four or five guests. Rooms with pool views are very nice and generally quieter than the street view balconies.
The hotel’s amenities include a on-onsite bar, café, a small supermarket, and an internet café.
The hotel will, upon your arrival, present you with many tour and activity options. These are generally a good idea, especially for those who have never been to the area before, but choosing to purchase these activities separately, such as a booze cruise, will provide more flexibility and individualization.
To accommodate for the late nights that many enjoy in the hotel, it’s sometimes best to remember the adage, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!” Sleeping in then going to the pool to recover seems to be the pattern for most guests. Music starts at about 10:00 at the pool to begin reviving everyone again.
