Weather : We have been to Hersonissos twice and on each occassion the weather has been excellent in September. Sunshine from morning until nightfall.
Temperatures gather around 26 to 27 C.

Holiday : Crete in general has something to offer everyone whether you are a youngster or a pensioner.

We have stayed in self-catering and 4star hotels and either chioce has been fantastic.

I would recommend that people take excusions or rent a car and see the island and what it has to offer. The people are very hospitable and friendly.

Places Recommended : Where do I start, Agios Nicholaos, beautiful area.
Rethmenon is qaiunt and has tremendous history surrounding it.
Heraklion is a must for fantastic shopping on the high street and markets.
Elounda for the more concerning of people wanting relaxation.
Gouves for the idealic beach walks.
