Weather : We have been in August and the weather was fantastic weather- all the time. Have friends that go May and October, May usually the better month as October can be a bit his and miss.

Holiday : Appartments very clean and modern. Local restaurants excellent especially Scorpios. Beaches small but perfectly formed and not too busy. You will not find the night clubs of Malia but if you want a family friendly place, good weather and great food- this is your place.

Have been twice before and going back this summer. Top marks.

Places Recommended : A visit to Heraklion is well worth it if you like shopping, coctails and people watching. It is a walk to the bus stop but worth it especially for a girly shopping day.

Weather : We went 23rd June and got Hotter and Hotter
Had a few spots of rain for about 20 minutes
the locals talked about it as if it was a thunderstorm !!!!!

Holiday : Group 6 of us stayed at the Divinia Apartments, Gouves
From Mr . Andreas right through to the waiters ,
chef and the cleaning staff, they were all very Friendly.
Bit of a walk to the main shopping Street just off the main coast road , but plenty of tavernas along the coast road . But as has been mentioned in other review sites the food was excellent at the Divinia and towards the end we stayed and eat there most of the time for lunch as well as dinner.

WOULD DEFINITLY GO AGAIN

Places Recommended : Went to Heraklion for half a day,(personaly would not bother ) as also a fair trek to the bus stop on the main road.
That was all we done as just wanted a easy relaxing holiday in the sun.
