Naples in November is a warm escape from the cold brought on by winter.  This city enjoys a warm climate all year round and its winter is generally dry.  The maximum daily temperature is 27⁰ C while the minimum is 16⁰ C.  The humidity and heat discomfort is at a moderate level and expect some days to rain.  Nevertheless, there is about 7 hours of sunshine daily, enough to let you roam the streets and enjoy the Festival of Lights and Celebration of Lights which happens every November.  There is the traditional tree lighting ceremony where the Mayor lights the official Christmas tree.  This kicks of a series of activities for the festival all to be held at the Third Street South.  
           

A more star-studded event in November is the annual Naples International Film Festival  which showcases independent and foreign films and documentaries.  There are no Hollywood blockbusters here, but rather, independent film makers are given the opportunity to show their creativity in an industry which is otherwise swamped by commercial movies.  The 2013 Film Festival will be held on November 7-10.  If films are not your cup of tea check out the latest Broadway or ballet shows, opera or symphony at the Philharmonic Center for the Arts while in the area.  You might be just in time for a good show.  The Center also has an art museum.
