With August receiving the overall highest temperatures, average climates range anywhere from 18ºC to 30ºC throughout the months of June to September. With thanks to the cooling sea breeze that is present year round, nights can be spent without the sticky air that is usually found in the bigger Spanish cities such as Madrid and Seville. Sea temperatures during the summer average from 20ºC to 24ºC, a great refreshment after a long day in the sun. Rainfall during the peak season is minimal; hence sunshine hours are at their maximum.

Winter

Winters in Cala Millor are hardly what you’d expect of a typical European winter. With balmy daytime temperatures and sunshine hours of five to six each day, a vacation in Cala Millor throughout the winter is a great way to escape the chilly temp’s common to that in the UK. Although rainfall levels are higher to what is obtained in the summer months, precipitation levels are in fact lower to what the autumn experiences. Sea temperatures throughout the winter are still sitting at a very mild 15ºC to 16ºC and although it may take some bravery to enter the water is still a great way to cool day after a day of sightseeing.

Autumn and Spring

The two shoulder months are always said to be great times to visit a Mediterranean location. Likewise, spring and autumn are in fact very favourable periods to visit Cala Millor as temperatures have either warmer up from the winter, or cooled down from the summer. April is a great time for an Easter break as temperatures average just below 20ºC and rainfall is low. October and November however, are the wettest months of the year therefore a vacation outside of these months is recommended.
