Weather : weather very good generally, turning a little cold in the evenings.

It started to rain on a few occasions whilst we were there, but overall it was very good.

Holiday : Stayed at the Triton Hotel which was full of people.

Nice accomodation, but try and get a room with either a sea view or a view of the plaza down below.

Places Recommended : Jaspers Bar in the Plaza De Ole. It had lots of internal and external space which was a blessing when the rain came down. Cosy and warm inside.

Weather : Stayed here in September 2008 the weather was absolutely fantastic the whole time we were there.Long sunny days and warm summer evenings. What more can one ask for from a holiday

Holiday : It was my first time in Benalmadena but will not be the last. This place is beautiful with fabulous beaches, a wonderful promenade area to walk along which is virtually all for people apart from the occaisional policeman on a motorcycle. The Marina area is a hidden gem with lots of cafe's, bars, shops and entertainment. You can take an evening boat ride they even have a Chinese Junk which looks amazing. Benalmadena itself is stunning, very clean and it has not been over developed so you get a feel of true Spain.

Places Recommended : Go to Pueblo Benalmadena the village in the hills it is fabulous and the people are so friendly. We had lunch sitting outside a bar in the market square being serenaded by a spanish guitarist, all I can say is WOW.

Weather : Not bad for January, but obviously it is winter better than U.K. It was O.K during the day about 64 but evening take a coat if you go in winter. Some rain but like I said better than U.K

Holiday : We love Benalmadena and have been going for the last fifteen years we always go at least once a yeard and twice if possible. Although we have other holidays at other destinations we will always go back to Belalmadena. The local people both ex pats and Spanish are always friendly there's loads of clubs,pubs and restaurants to choose from and lots of good quality accommodation. As well as a nice sea front and beach La Poloma park is beautiful with all the animals running round.

Weather : About 28 to 30 most of the fortnight, had 1 day of thunder then a day of strong but warm wind off the sea.Pleasant in the evening not to hot.

Holiday : Very relaxing, we enjoyed long walks every day along the prom, round the marina,paloma park etc.
Stayed at the Doramar lovely accom and friendly staff, plus entertainment every night.Lots of nice pubs and restaurants near at Bonanza Square.

Weather : The weather was perfect.
36 degrees. A little too hot in the evenings but manageable.
I believe it is going to get hotter as reaching 40 degrees on departing.

Holiday : Total stress free.
A short 2hour 15min flight and transfer just 20mins by taxi.
Quite a british resort but suited my family.
Excellent swimming pools, hot sunshine.

Weather : I visited Benalmedena last May 2007, the weather was completly a surprise very hot with a slight mild wind. It stayed like this for the whole 10 days of my stay. Reaching 90 on my last day there.

Holiday : I had a most fabulous time staying at Arenal golf, not far from the mountains.
The facilities were top class, and my apartment was just like a luxurious London apartment with a huge 40" plasma screen; so I could enjoy the football from my sun lounger, whilst I topped up my tan...Great! In Benalmadena there are plenty of things to see as well as enjoying entertaining family days out to places like the theme park, Tivoli World, the fabulous Jardin de Las Aguilas (Garden of Eagles), see the penguins and dolphins at Selwo Marina and Sea Life or take a ride in the Cable Car to see breathtaking views of the coast.It really has it all for youngsters an old funksters....For the foodies, try local Spanish bars, drinks are plentiful and the local foods are mouth watering.

Places Recommended : I highly recommend this town, not more than 15 mins away from Malaga airport. The views are outstanding.There is a local coastal bus that runs from Malaga to Fuengirola, which costs about 60p to enjoy the ride.You can actually walk the coastal promenade straight through to Torremolinos
