Geologists will probably be interested in the Devil’s Bridge limestone formation just outside the village of Willikies. The terrain is the result of ancient reefs that formed over millions of years. Waves from the Atlantic have eroded the reefs to create a natural bridge and the arch is surrounded by geysers and blowholes. Prehistoric remains have also been found at the site and it is thought that American Indians may have settled and fished here.
Le Zest Restaurant in Willoughby Bay is a French restaurant with a Caribbean twist. The chef uses fresh, seasonal, local ingredients wherever possible. As well as the normal menu, Thursday evenings at Le Zest feature live music from the Revo band, seafood, tapas and old-fashioned Rum Punch.
Palm trees and pineapples surround the South Coast Ocean View Apartments. This small apartment complex overlooks the Cades Reef and the Caribbean Sea.
If you want to stay at an adults only all inclusive resort, the Villas at Sunset Lane could be the ideal place for you.
