June Weather Averages

Sorted by popularity:

What's the weather like in Altikum in June

The first month of summer is a wonderful and very popular time to visit Altinkum for those who want summer fun without searing heat, and who don't want to jostle for space on the beach, due to lower crowds experienced at this time. Again, great deals can be found away from the two peak months to come, with lower flight prices on offer, and great accommodation deals.

Temperature

The reason for popularity at this time of year lies in its wonderfully temperate weather, with an average temperature of around 21°C, which can reach as high as 25°C; this is certainly t-shirt and shorts weather, and you will get a wonderful suntan to start off your summer. On top of this, evenings are much warmer, even compared to May, when they began to warm up a little. You can expect an average low of only 17°C, so short sleeves during the evening are possible now, with only a need for a thin cardigan at the very most. By the end of the month you will notice things are much warmer still.

Sunshine Hours

The sun certainly shines in abundance all over this region of Turkey now summer has arrived, and you can expect a huge 13 hours of sunshine on average across the month; this means evenings are shorter and days are much longer a sure sign of summer! It is very unlikely that you will see any rain at all now, which is a common trend across the entire summer months in the resort, and on average you will only see 1mm across the whole months, which affects just 3 days to a tiny amount; so you probably won't even notice it.

Sea Temperature

Of course, with high temperatures and sunshine comes the need to hit the beach, and this is a wonderful time to do just that, when you won't be short on space. The sea temperature now sits at a very warm 22°C, putting swimming, splashing, water-sports, boat trips, and diving right on the agenda. Summer has arrived!
